What is coaching?

Coaching focuses on improving people's personal and working lives, helping them become even more successful and happier than they already are.

My role is to hold conversations to help you identify your purpose and needs, set goals, take action, offer support and accountability, and improve your knowledge, confidence and skills.

I draw on my professional training and on my experience coaching clients over the past 14 years and from managing teams in companies for 20 years.

Topics we might work on include career and life purpose; family, friends and relationships; finances; health and self care; social life; personal development; and your physical environment.

How much does it cost?

One-hour sessions cost £75. I offer a free online intro session.
