I HAVE been a personal trainer in Hackney, East London for nearly 15 years, working with people from all walks of life who want to look and feel great and have energy for day-to-day life.

I offer friendly, challenging and supportive training in parks in Hackney and online. I am currently full, but I do operate a waiting list.

If is also suitable if you are training for a run, walk or cycle ride, I offer online event coaching to plan your training, nutrition and event-day management, and manage your motivation and mindset.

Fitness sessions are based on strength training, particularly bodyweight exercises, with padwork boxing and other equipment such as TRX suspension trainer.

Alongside exercise sessions, there are two more key parts to getting fit: nutrition and activity (the movements of daily life). I will help you work on those, too.

I qualified as a personal trainer in 2009 with YMCAfit, and hold qualifications in nutrition and coaching, as well as in padwork boxing, running, core fitness, circuit training and kettlebells.

My own interests are running, cycling and hill-walking. I completed the 100km Action Challenge London to Brighton walk in 2018 and 2019, and in 2022, completed the 100-mile Tour of Cambridgeshire cycling sportive.

I ran the 2023 London Marathon to raise money for the National Autistic Society.
